Menu bar in Vensoft
The card number is not displayed in Vensoft
If no card number is displayed in Vensoft, in most cases no cashless project has been created. This can be remedied using the following instructions.
Create a cashless project
| Create a new “cashless project” on Vensoft platform under ⇒ Settings ⇒ Administration ⇒ Cashless Project. |  |
| The cashless project can be given any name, but it must clearly reflect the location where the project is being implemented.
Therefore, we recommend naming the cashless project after the company or location. |

Location assignment
| In the next step, the introduced cashless project must be assigned to the machine location in the machine location under ⇒ Settings ⇒ Master Data ⇒ Locations. |   |
| If the desired location is not yet available, click the "+" button. |  |
