With Sielaff machines, "Please wait" appears in the machine display and no sale is possible

Problem Root cause Rectification
With Sielaff machines, "Please wait" appears in the machine display and no sale is possible. The Sielaff Automat sends the Vencube data (e.g. errors, configuration, etc.)

The point in time and the amount of data or the importance is determined solely by the machine. This data cannot be rejected by the Vencube, nor can the time of processing be changed.

Here you can only wait until all messages have been sent, this can take a few minutes.

It is not possible to flush the Sielaff HG machine with a Girocard/credit card terminal

Problem Root cause Rectification
It is not possible to flush the Sielaff machine with a Girocard/credit card terminal. The Vencube sends a "perpetual" credit.
  1. Press the C button on the Vencube once and the "perpetual" credit will be interrupted.
  2. Now the machine can be rinsed.
  3. After cleaning the machine, press the C button on the Vencube again.
  4. The "perpetual" credit will be activated again.

This function must be activated later with MA5*DFC*1 in newer firmware versions!

In Sielaff HG machines, the display is very sluggish when inserting coins

The credit display is very sluggish when inserting coins. Card system 2 or the MDB polling time
  1. Under: Menu ⇒ Installation ⇒ Deactivate card system 2
  2. Under: Menu ⇒ Installation ⇒ Special setting C,

set the MDB polling rate to 100ms or 50ms!

When the free sale is activated, it is not possible to flush the Sielaff machine. The Vencube sends a "perpetual" credit.
  1. Press the C button on the Vencube once and the "perpetual" credit will be interrupted.

The machine doesn't give change

Problem Root cause Rectification
The machine does not give change. The VenCube door switch reports an open door, the assembly of the door switch is incorrect.
 Check the position of the door switch and set it correctly, then close the machine door.

Always connect the door switch to the VenCube as a closer at Contact 1.

The machine gives too much change

Problem Root cause Rectification
The machine is returning too much change. The card prices are not set for the VENDO machine and the machine always sells all products at a price of €1.00
 In the machine, set the ticket prices to the same as the cash prices.

Keine Münzannahme von 1 EUR und 2 EUR beim Münzwechsler Coinco Global

Keine Münzannahme von 1 EUR und 2 EUR beim Münzwechsler Coinco Global.
  • Alte Münzsoftware DM/EUR Version 3.00de.
  • Die vorhandenen alten DM Münzen beeinflussen die Sperrmasken vom Vencube.

Update vom Coinco Münzwechsler oder die Sperrmaske im VenToolThin bzw. VenToolWin anpassen

Nach dem Einspielen den Automaten ausschalten und wieder neu starten.

Keine Münzannahme und keine Wechselgeld Ausgabe bei Sielaff Automaten

Problem Root cause Rectification
Bei Sielaff Automaten ist keine Münzannahme und keine Wechselgeld Ausgabe möglich und es erscheint „Bitte Warten“ im Automaten Display. Der Sielaff Automat sendet dem VenCube Daten (z.B. Fehler, Konfiguration usw.) Nach dem ersten Einschalten der Steuerung mit angeschlossenem VenCube, kommt es zu einem erhöten Datenaustausch zwischen Steuerung und VenCube. Dadurch ist die Steuerung für bis zu zehn Minuten nicht oder nur sehr träge bedienbar, gleichzeitig kann die Münzannahme und Munzauszahlung gestört sein. Die Datenmenge bzw. die Wichtigkeit wird alleine vom Automaten bestimmt. Diese Daten können vom VenCube nicht abgelehnt werden, auch der Zeitpunkt der Verarbeitung kann nicht verändert werden. Dadurch ist die Steuerung für bis zu zehn Minuten nicht oder nur sehr träge bedienbar, gleichzeitig kann die Münzannahme und Munzauszahlung gestört sein. Hier kann nur abgewartet werden bis alle Meldungen versendet wurden. Nach der Wartezeit wird der Automat wieder problemlos funktionieren.

Träge Menüführung bei Sielaff Heißgetränke Automaten. Nach der Türöffnung beim Sielaff Automaten kommt es zu einem erhöhten Datenaustausch zwischen der Automatensteuerung und dem Vencube. Dies hat zur Folge das sich die Menüführung vom Automaten träge verhält. Dabei kommt es vor, dass sich z.B. das Reinigungsprogramm nicht wie gewohnt aufrufen lässt. Dieser Zustand dauert ca. eine Minute an, im Anschluss kann der Automat wieder wie gewohnt bedient werden.
