Lavazza Professional vending machines equipped with the Klix-Key card system require special handling. This is because the Klix-Key card system does not offer the option of communicating via MDB. It is connected directly to the vending machine control.

Data reading
Transaction data is read via the DEX readout cable. The Vencube retrieves the total counters from the vending machine control every hour and sends them to Vensoft in the form of an EVA List 95.
The EVA List 95 is then further processed in Vensoft.
Data that can be transmitted from the Klix VMC to the Vencube and evaluated:
Number of transactions
Tube/cash balances
Cash received
Card balance credited
Number of card sales
Card balance credited
Number of free sales
Since we only calculate the total counters, we cannot clearly differentiate between transactions such as cash, card, or free sales. This means that individual transactions cannot be displayed like in a vending machine with a normal MDB card reader.

Transaction records for each machine can be viewed in Vensoft at Transaction Data ⇒ Sales (external).
Invoices are generated at the respective machines when someone on-site presses the invoice button (E key) on the Vencube or when the set time for automatic transmission of EVA 95 is reached. As usual, the sales up to the last invoice are displayed in Vensoft.
