Create cashless projects

The card number is not displayed in Vensoft

If no card number is displayed in Vensoft, in most cases no cashless project has been created. This can be remedied using the following instructions.

Create a cashless project

Create a new “cashless project” on Vensoft platform under ⇒ Settings ⇒ Administration ⇒ Cashless Project.	Add cashless project
The cashless project can be given any name, but it must clearly reflect the location where the project is being implemented. Therefore, we recommend naming the cashless project after the company or location.	Creating the cashless project

Location assignment

In the next step, the introduced cashless project must be assigned to the machine location in the machine location under ⇒ Settings ⇒ Master Data ⇒ Locations.	Display location Assignment of cashless project to location
If the desired location is not yet available, click the "+" button.	Add location

⇒ Subsequently, the respective card number should be displayed for each sale using the cashless payment system (if the card reader supports this function).
