In the machine type, an “offset” value must be stored in Vensoft.

In Vensoft at settings ⇒ master data ⇒ machine type, can be filtered according to the respective machine type and opened up.

Alternatively, you can find at machines ⇒ machines the respective vending machine. The stored machine type can be opened via a direct link within the machine details.

In the next step, click "Edit", enter the offset value specified by the machine manufacturer (⇒ Chapter 1) and save with "OK".

Create product ingredient "cup"
In Vensoft at machines ⇒ products ⇒ product Ingredients section, create a new product ingredient called "cup". To do so, click the "+" button.

In the next step, the product ingredient "cup" can be created. If multiple cup sizes are available, a separate "cup" product ingredient must be created for each cup size (e.g., "large cup" and "small cup"). Save with "OK."

In Vensoft at machines ⇒ product, create a new product "cup," in the products section. To do so, click the "+" button.

In Vensoft at machines ⇒ assembly create the new product "cup" in the inventory of the corresponding hot beverage machine. To do this, search for the inventory of the machine you want to configure using the filter, select it, and click the "+" button.

In the next step, the product "cup" is added to the inventory. Under Products, select the "cup" you just created. Here, assign the price previously set in the vending machine control to the respective cup. After selecting all properties, save with "OK."

Now, at the very bottom of the new layout, open "Products without selectors" and click on the "+" button.

Now assign the specified offset value for the machine type to the selector for the product "cup". (In this example, 50)

Create a recipe for the product "cup" in the assembly
The exact composition of each hot beverage is specified in the inventory under ⇒ "Recipe". Here, assign exactly one item to each product, which can be purchased with or without a cup, for the product ingredient "cup".

Finally, in Vensoft, under Machines ⇒ Machines, the cup cancellation method "Offset" must be selected and saved for the respective hot beverage machine.

Adjustment of Vencube configuration
After saving the settings in Vensoft under Automat, the Vencube configuration will be automatically adjusted via the platform. Transferring the configuration may take a few minutes.

Ensure that all steps listed in this manual have been completed chronologically. Check: The price and product settings for the cup in the vending machine control system itself, as well as the following settings in Vensoft, must be configured correctly: The vending machine type, the vending machine, and the vending machine's inventory, including the product ingredient, recipe, and the product "cup", must be entered correctly. After successfully completing all settings, the transaction records must be checked for accuracy. These can be found under Transaction Data ⇒ Sales.
