A cash withdrawal or "cash register emptying" is indicated by pressing the "cash withdrawal" button, marked with the letter "E" and a € symbol. It is possible to install special hardware in the coin box to automate this step. In both cases, the Vencube signals with a short beep that a cash register emptying has been registered. If one of the cash registers in the machine is removed, all cash registers (e.g. coin box and note box) must always be removed at the same time. If the money is removed from one of the cash registers in the machine, all existing cash registers (e.g. coin box and note box) must always be emptied at the same time. This emptying is confirmed by pressing the E button on the Vencube.

Change filling and change withdrawal
The change filling and withdrawal are initiated by pressing the "Tube inventory" button, marked by the letter "F" and a stylized change tube. As soon as this process
has been initiated, the buttons on the coin changer are released and these can be used to pay out coins manually. Coins can be deposited by inserting them. As long as the process is being carried out, the Vencube shows this using the operating status LED1 and LED2, which light up one after the other in green and red at regular intervals. When the desired change level is reached, the process is ended by pressing the "Tube inventory" button again. If coins are fed into the coin cassette during the process, especially during filling, they must remain there. If necessary, the cash register can be emptied afterwards.

Service call
Note:
Important: All of the work carried out below assumes that no money is added to or removed from the machine.
A service call may be necessary at any time, e.g. because payment systems need to be replaced. A service call is started by pressing the "MODE" and the service button, marked
by the letter "C" and a stylized wrench, in quick succession. During service mode, any hardware in a machine can be replaced,
except for the Vencube. The continuous lighting of the operating status LED 1 in the colors red and green (yellow) indicates that the Vencube is in this mode. This mode can only be exited by pressing the "MODE" and the service button again in quick succession. Restarting the Vencube, even after a power loss, does not automatically end the mode.
As long as this operating mode is active, the following work can be carried out:
Replacement of machine components
Test sales using all installed payment systems
Installation of additional payment systems
Replacement of payment systems
Correction of change stocks
