Check antenna

  1. Turn off the machine and turn it back on after about 30 seconds.
  2. If the network connection is not established, repeat the process with the machine door wide open.
  3. If necessary, check that the antenna is correctly inserted in the Vencube.
  4. If necessary, the antenna may need to be replaced.

Check SIM card

  1. Turn off the machine, unplug all VenCube cables, and remove the Vencube from its holder.
  2. Remove the SIM card:
    1. Carefully press the yellow eject button next to the SIM card inward using a small screwdriver. (Images 3 and 4)
    2. The SIM card can now be removed. (Images 5 and 6)
  3. Clean the SIM card contacts with a cloth.
  4. Reinsert the SIM card into the SIM card holder and push it into the Vencube as far as it will go. (Image 7)
  5. Insert the Vencube into the vending machine and connect all cables.
  6. Turn the vending machine back on and wait until it connects to the cellular network.
  7. If the vending machine does not connect to the network, the Vencube is faulty and should be replaced.
